Very easy to buy a car. Customer service is excellent and answers all questions. No stress at all. It took me maybe 30 mins to fill out all the paperwork online. Unfortunately the night before delivery I received a call from Ganesh from Carvana Austin hub saying due to shortages on their labor that my delivery was going to have to be pushed out a few days which was going to put me in a really bad spot because my car had just broken down. Ganesh told me he was going to do anything he could to try and get it to me ASAP possible. I received a call from Ganesh the next morning stating he was personally driving my car out to me and would take a Uber back after dropping my car off. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will never forget my experience with this great company and the Austin, Texas hub. Car is great. More

2 weeks ago my husband purchased a vehicle from carvana. We were excited because of the “convenience” of having it delivered. My husband finalized his purchase and it was set to arrive that Tuesday at 10:30. Tuesday rolls around and we have heard nothing, no updates on the vehicles location or ETA. My husband was working over night shifts that week so he was losing sleep waiting for a vehicle that never came. Irritated he reached out and spoke with Sherry who was so sweet and helpful and reassured us she would get to the bottom of the issue. Anyway, she reaches back out to my Husband to inform him that she was able to contact the driver and that the car would be arriving Thursday now due to “the driving leaving without the keys”. She was told from the driver that there would be NEW keys issued and that it would be to be programmed to the car prior to delivery. Thursday rolls around, no vehicle, no updates, nothing. I’m furious at this point so I call and get a hold of another lady who lets us know that there has been absolutely NO notes or updates on her end and that she will try to figure out what is going on. Later that day Sherry reaches out to us irritated about the situation and let’s us know she will be filing a personal complaint (if that happened I’m not sure) and that we should expect to hear from the driver or whoever within the hour. About 2 hours pass and we finally hear from the gentleman who I assume is the one dealing with the vehicles delivery, he lets us know that the vehicle will now be delivered the following Wednesday. I’m am beyond annoyed at this point. I tell my husband to ask where the vehicle is. Needless to say the vehicle is only 2 hours away and we inform them we will just come pick it up. Because of the “inconvenience” we are told we should receive a $150 check in the mail to compensate for the gas (still have yet to receive that check). So instead of spending time with our family Friday we made a 2 hr trip to pick up a car that was suppose to be delivered days ago. We arrive at the hub and my husband signs some papers and what have you and we go to take a test drive of it. The “New keys” we were told we would have are in fact not new but the old keys that were “overnighted by the previous owner”, the tire pressure is super low, the car isn’t fully charged and it smells like someone smoked cigarettes and weed in it. After getting the tires pumped and looking over any other things wrong with the car we drive it, it drove smooth and my husband decided he’d take it. Due to more inconvenience with the tires being low we were told instead of the 400 miles we would have 500 miles (which was not noted come upon pick up if the vehicle today, shocker 🙄) in case we decided it was not for us. Everything seemed to turn around except 2 days later the check engine light comes on…. It’s something with the Voltage as the vehicle was a hybrid vehicle and was too expensive and caused concern to my husband. My husband commutes 100 miles a day and we chose this particular vehicle for the purpose of not paying a stupid amount of money on gas. My husband was only able to change the car twice before the light came on and since then we had to put gas in it instead. My husband and I decided we would return the vehicle. Needless to say we will never use Carvana again and I will make sure to make anyone who even flirts with the idea of using them to run the opposite direction. It was a complete nightmare and I’m so glad they came and got the car today even if it leaves our family of 5 with just one vehicle for now. This company is a joke and scam, full of empty promises and lack of communication and organization. More
My experience with Carvana was all good, easy to order and process all the documents. The vehicle was delivered a week later than expected in the beginning, but I was communicated about it and I think the Carvana team does a great job. I made an inspection of the car in an authorized service and they said it's in perfect condition. Although I found several small exterior imperfections which were not mentioned initially, the good thing is it was approved to take care of by warranty. More
I traded my car and went through 2 lemons with Carvana. At this point, I decided I just wanted my trade in back. 3 months after this, I still don't have my title back from them for my car. I found out it w At this point, I decided I just wanted my trade in back. 3 months after this, I still don't have my title back from them for my car. I found out it was lost. Then I found out I'd have it in a few weeks then found out it's lost again. Was told to go get another one. Tried that, and can't, because currently my cars title is in carvanas name in Arizona. I live in Oklahoma. My tag is due come July 1st. It's now June 28th. They won't send me a paper tag to avoid tickets and I can't get my yearly registration renewal without my title. I don't know what to do. Fees are going to accrue for being late on my tag renewal. Not to mention the hits on my insurance if it's affected by tag renewal tickets that I know I will get. The one lemon I had needed an entire new engine in less than 12 hours of my having it, left me stranded on the highway on my way to work. Had to get it towed myself, not through carvana. For the current problem carvana recommended I just don't drive the vehicle since the tag won't be able to be renewed. It's my only means of transportation to get to work. I can't just not drive it because Carvana dropped the ball on getting my title back to me. I've had countless calls with them that got me absolutely no where. Their response for everything is "There's nothing we can do". More
I would give Carvana 1 star but I am giving it 2 based on the customer service. I recieved my car with extremely loud banging in the rear when i first drove it from delivery that would have been impossible the customer service. I recieved my car with extremely loud banging in the rear when i first drove it from delivery that would have been impossible to miss if this 150 inspection point had been done. I submitted claim for repair during my return period but it takes over an hour to go to their nearest authorized dealer from my house and timeto get an appointment. They did extend my return period for 2 days to cover this, but no reimbursement for the 2 hours of driving back and forth for a paid driver and gas. The repair consisted of completely replacing the shocks at only 55,000 miles. However, this did not fix the problem and once again had to spend an hour driving to the mechanic and back an hour paying for gas and driver for a second repair. Carvana did extend another 2 days but I still had not been able to drive the car without the loud banging. This time the mechanic found damaged bushings in the suspension, damaged sway bar, and damaged endlinks. Silverrock did cover these repairs but it took a few days. This left me with 2 days to actually drive the car in good condition. Clearly, the their esteemed 150 point inspection is not reliable, I would not recommend Carvana, and I will never be doing business with them again. More

Everyone at Carvana was professional and helpful. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I wanted to believe there was an alternative to “traditional” dealerships. Carvana did not disappoint! There is a lot of work going on behind the scenes to create that magically seamless buying experience. All I can say is Bravo! More
