I was extremely nervous about making such a big purchase without seeing the vehicle first. Everything was exactly like they said it would be though. I found a vehicle on the Carvana site and started the purchase process. I completed their purchase agreement and paid the entire amount through an ACH on my bank account. After a week they claimed they had not received my money. After spending several hours on the phone and exchanging dozens of text messages I finally told them to cancel my order and refund my money. They claim there are no "dealer" fees. The purchase agreement listed 13 separate fees, not including sales taxes, most of which were bogus. I finally got my refund after threating to get an attorney. More

I purchased a vehicle 18 months ago and purchased the extended warranty on it. 18 months later I had to use that warranty. It was a 24 month/60k mike warranty. I called SilverRock ahead of time to confir extended warranty on it. 18 months later I had to use that warranty. It was a 24 month/60k mike warranty. I called SilverRock ahead of time to confirm where I could take the car and that it was yes indeed still under warranty. I took the car to the dealer for an oil leak. I was told after the fact that the claim was denied because my car was no longer under warranty. Despite me calling ahead of time. I drive a lot, I had driven 50k miles in the last 18 months. I purchased my car with 35,026 miles on it and that means I should’ve been covered until 95,026 miles in the warranty, however; the warranty is only until the odometer reaches 60,000 miles, even after I called to confirm the validity of the warranty with SilverRock and was told yes it is still under warranty and I can take it to be repaired. I asked for a copy of the warranty and was sent another customers warranty information. I now have another customers name and address, VIN number, warranty info etc... I was then referred back to carvana by SilverRock because SilverRock is stating carvana puts together the warranty information not them. Carvana I the worst kind of predator there is. I would not recommend anyone to purchase through them and if you do I would definitely get clarification on their warranties, because purchasing a 60k mike warranty thats only worth 25k miles (in my case) is awful! I will now have to pay upwards of $5000 to the dealer or pay the dealer the $225 diagnostic fee and take the car elsewhere. More

Was looking at a vehicle they had for sale and went forward with seeing how much my trade in would be. They offered 7k less than a local dealer and had my same car, with more miles and less options on forward with seeing how much my trade in would be. They offered 7k less than a local dealer and had my same car, with more miles and less options on their site for 11k over their offer, Complete rip-off when they are trying to get your car for 5k under blue book and 8k under NADA guide and will not negotiate at all. You will also only be able to talk with chat bots, so not human help available. More
