This is a generic answer that offers no resolution at all. I have been in contact several times with customer service and each time I brushed off with a basic I’m sorry. Who sells a 24month/60k mile warranty on a car and then refuses to honor a full 60k miles? Predators. That’s who carvana is worse than those loans that charge 150% interest rate
