Looking, selecting, buying (cash), registering, and delivering were smooth. However, the car's condition was not as represented on the site. It was almost like no one inspected the exterior of the car. Numerous undocumented cosmetic defects (paint chips and scratches) and unsafe tires. Carvana was good about getting it all fixed at no cost to me ($3000 for them), but it was a hassle. Be very aware at delivery and document everything you see with the delivery person. More

I was disappointed when I received the car because first thing I noticed was obvious imperfections that were not listed on the website. The car was delivered after going through a “150 point inspection” and thing I noticed was obvious imperfections that were not listed on the website. The car was delivered after going through a “150 point inspection” and has since been in the shop for bad wheel bearings and a bad motor mount. I am not sure how those items were not caught during their “150 point inspection”. The last thing is it was delivered with more miles than listed on the website which falls under false advertisement in my opinion. Overall, I like the vehicle, hopefully I will like it more once I get it back from the shop. More
