We leased 2 cars from them, but apparently that's not enough to call us back or give 1 ounce of help when we turned in our car and got billed for something that they told us we would not be billed for when we leased the car!!! The manager, Hanna, gave us an email address that didn't work and was impossible to reach by phone. Ended up paying over $500 in extra charges after paying $800 for their protection plan. Just another sale to them...bait and switch. Do not believe them! More

I found the car online, thought it was a fanatstic price so I went to check it out. On my way to the dealership, I started to get worried it was just bait or something, but when I showed up, they had the car just as advertised and I got it for an even lower amount than was listed online. My salesperson was Francesca and Maurice handled the financials. Highly recommend. Many thanks! More

From the day I made my lease purchase, I've been nothing but impressed with the customer service at Casa de Cadillac. Starting with salesperson Dick Savage. Dick was so helpful and straight forward. I wa but impressed with the customer service at Casa de Cadillac. Starting with salesperson Dick Savage. Dick was so helpful and straight forward. I was sold on my CTS-V in about 20 seconds during the test drive. Dick knew it and I was definitely vulnerable in that I would've paid whatever anyone asked for that car! However, Dick mentioned all of the incentives and even at the very end offered up an extra bonus because my wife was leasing through Ford, I could save even more money!! Now, the CTS-V has had a few minor incidents and I've spent a few days with the service department. Jeff Matsuxxxxa is so cool. He's knowledgable and takes very good care of anyone who's lucky enough to stand in his queue. The thing about Jeff that's over and above is his update calls. So, I'm not chewing on my fingernails wondering what's going on. Jeff calls a couple of times during the day to update me on the repairs! I give this place 10 out of 5 stars!!! More

After 10 years of leasing Jaguar cars, I cannot be happier than with my Cadillac ATS. From my first contact with Mariola Sharsky in sales after inquiring about when the ATS would be available, throug happier than with my Cadillac ATS. From my first contact with Mariola Sharsky in sales after inquiring about when the ATS would be available, through the test drive, ordering the exactly equipped one I wanted, through delivery, the experience was great. Also, I was able to trade my XF and received a credit for the equity in that lease (something Jaguar never offered from trade to trade). I also splurged on chrome wheels and Louis Houston III in the service department was wonderful in coordinating a loaner while the new wheels were being installed. The loaner was also a brand new ATS! Every staff person including in the finance and service departments have been of the highest caliber and professionalism. Casa de Cadillac - they all know their stuff! More
We purchased a used 1999 El Dorado from Casa and a 2005 XLR and have been your customer ever since. We always find the staff happy to help with any request and have serviced our two Cadillacs since 2000 XLR and have been your customer ever since. We always find the staff happy to help with any request and have serviced our two Cadillacs since 2000. We would not consider taking these cars any place else for service, and when we can afford a new car, we certainly will come to Casa. This dealership was well-reviewed on the CTS-V owner's site, so I brought mine in for service. Folks were very friendly and professional. Had a great experience with the service team. A tough noise to hear, but they found it and fixed the issue. I loved being provided with a loaner and the flexibility to bring it in on my schedule!
