Great service experience Mike Liggins does a fantastic job. We have had our VW Jetta for 13 years and every time we take it in for service Mike knocks it out of the park. One Month Checkup Casey Subaru has a service for new car buyers where we operate the new car for a month and then come back for a one month service where they service t Casey Subaru has a service for new car buyers where we operate the new car for a month and then come back for a one month service where they service the car, but more importantly take the time to go over and explain all the new features. Our Service Specialist was Holly Rogers. She took her time and went over all the features of our Assent and answered all our questions. She was extremely efficient, friendly and professional. We left feeling we had a much better understanding of the new features and how to properly use them. We also left very pleased with Casey service. More

30,000 mike maintance First off I got my car washed with a coupon. Let’s just say it looked almost exactly how it went in with but it had finger prints on the hood and door First off I got my car washed with a coupon. Let’s just say it looked almost exactly how it went in with but it had finger prints on the hood and doors that were grease covered!! Then the maintenance wasn’t bad they had it done in about 6 hours and had a really good check sheet with all the stats of the car like tread thickness and break pad thickness. So decent besides the car was now I have to wash it again. More

Great sales people, horrible mantanice team Amazing staff helped me with my purchase they were top notch and knew there stuff. But the mechanics at Casey have had my car for over a week now and they have broken a piece of trim once and it’s shipped her broken once. I was given a horrible “rental” not even comparable to the car i had purchased. A used Chevy hhr with almost 100,000 miles on it. Just called the mechanic today and the secretary couldn’t even reach the mechanic for a status on my car. More
