They lack communication. Bought a Denali from here about 2 months ago the sales rep was nice the car is trash for the amount of money it costs it's falling apart. There's lots of things wrong on the inside , like it was made in a hurry. Took it to order a part a week after I bought it and it took like a month and half to get it . While driving it those few weeks we noticed the car wasn't even align correctly, back plate of driver wheel was broken, speakers out of place I even push myself one in because they are not installed correctly. Carpet is not tucked in .. etc so many other small things . While taking it in to get the alignment fixed, someone that drove the car in the service area hit the truck. The service guy told me they would take care of it that I needed to leave the truck and they needed to replace bumper and light meanwhile manager at service when I tried to speak to him didn't bother to apologize , or make us feel at ease instead he claimed my car wouldn't depreciate when in fact it does . Didn't look at me in the face and took this disruption serious instead kept on typing away and looking at his paperwork . My husband told him can u take down my number to send message to general manager and the man couldn't even find a paper to write it down . He acted like it wasn't a big deal what had happen. I'm very dissatisfied with the whole car and dealership in the way they are handling this . So far no one not the general Magee has contacted us I have called and they tell me his busy, we have emailed and nothing my husband has called and they tell him oh he just got in they are avoiding us. We deserve better this is not the right way to handle this . Do not buy from this dealer More

After I left this review and the same one on other sites, I got a call from the General Manager at Cas This is an update to my prior 1 star review. After I left this review and the same one on other sites, I got a call from the General Manager at Castle. We had a very nice conversation in which I felt like I was finally speaking to a colleague in the business. He completely understood my point of view and agreed that in this case, there was enough fault on the service department to justify my request for the refund of my $100 extended warranty deductible. He also offered to refund me money to cover the cost of the relays that I bought myself to actually fix the concern. I told him that was not necessary since the relays would not have been covered by my extended warranty and I would have had to pay for them anyway. However, just today I received the check from Castle for the deductible and the cost of the relays. At this point, its not even about the money being returned, its about the fact that I actually was able to speak to a person who actually cares about his business. Its still upsetting that I had to go this far in order to reach someone who actually is in the business of caring about client satisfaction, but at least I got there. I appreciate the time he spent to handle this matter for me. I am changing my original rating, and not because I got my money back, but because I found that there is someone at Castle who actually cares. Thanks Corey. More

Literally took my car more than a week for a simple diagnoses that could be done with a simple scan and I’m on day 9 and yet no one has diagnosed my car. I was told by Arnold June 30 that my car was going to be diagnosed July 2 or 3, it’s July 9 and this unprofessional guy won’t return my calls. Never will I buy another car from this dealership. Never will I refer them anyone. All you are to this dealership is a profit and commission. I asked for a loaner.. they have none. More
