Chris was by far went far above whats called for in candor and professionalism. The type of drive and patience in the process he displayed is what all purchasing experiences should be like. Although the deal was pretty straight forward, it did take myself sometime to decide in my final options. At no time was anyone or my sales representive anything less than supportive. You see this wasnt about the deal, if it was I would have opted for a free car, 20K in cash, and an all expenses paid trip to Hawaii. Yet we all know thats not reality. I came in with an objective and Chris and the team helped me accomplish it. The experience lasting over 6 hours seemed like only moments as the general atmosphere was light and pleasent. I can honestly say that of all the experiences I have had in the past making major purchases, this has been the best. I couldnt have been greeting by a better guy, as I am sure this willingness to make the buying experience is shared amongst the while team at Gary Lang. They went above and beyond to make my dream come true that day. The smile hasnt left my face yet. Thank you everyone for all you did, great time and great staff.
