After visiting another dealer in the area,I went to Planet Hyundai Centennial. Tod was very professional, as I had already had my financing set up with capital one. He greeted me at the sales lot and we took a test drive in the exact car I wanted. Back at the dealer ship he worked with the sales managers and finance dept. to get me exactly what I wanted for my trade, and a MUCH better deal with financing. Even though I was honest with Tod during the test drive that ( I wanted this car but there would be a lot of obstacle's with credit and such) he was still very optimistic and treated me with the up most respect. The entire staff (Tod, Sales manager, and the financing guys) were great. I picked up my car the following morning and LOVE IT! More

My father and I came in to purchase 2 cars, The Veloster. Amin, right off the bat was energetic, friendly and very determined. I went in with a price that I knew I could afford and Amin and his team made it happen. My father, couldn't find a car he wanted. We knew he wanted to get a red car (this car was going to be a gift or my mom). There were NO red cars with the features he wanted on any of the lots. These cars were moving fast. But...they found one. On a truck being delivered in a couple of days. Well, my dad was ready and made the deal. His red Veloster came in the next day! My mom was so excited and Amin even came to my parents house to pick up the check for the car! I could not be happier with my new Vitamin C, Veloster. And my mom loves her car! I am 35 and have purchased 6 cars since I've been able to drive, and BY FAR this was the most pleasant experience I've had. Would I recommend Amin...YES!! And I already have. He is so friendly and works his tail off to get the customer the best possible deal for both parties. Amin even followed up with us to make sure we were doing good and if there was any more he could do. He is a very hard worker and you can see how he thrives to be the best at his job. There is no pushy salesmen tactics with Amin, just honest, hard work. Thanks Amin!! We are so happy!! More
the process of purchasing or leasing a new vehicle can be frustrating and draining. finding the right car, the right color, with the right options, test driving and then, negotiating the price. we had bee frustrating and draining. finding the right car, the right color, with the right options, test driving and then, negotiating the price. we had been to several dealerships prior to driving to centennial hyundai and suffice it to say, it had already been a long day. we were met by a very funny/cheery salesman by the name of BB. his humor was refreshing and went a long way into making our search for a new vehicle enjoyable. he worked with us over the next few weeks to locate the specific vehicle we were looking for. after finding and test driving the exact model we wanted, we sat down and with him and negotiated a great deal. the mood was no pressure, just simple negotiations. after agreeing on a price we were handed off to ray fernandez who helped us complete the lease paperwork. ray thoroughly explained all the paperwork involved and was even able to net us and additional $500 discount. the atmosphere at this dealership seemed much more laid-back than at others, and that is why i would highly recommend anyone interested in a new or pre-owned hyundai to seek the assistance of the fine folks at planet centennial hyundai. thank you. We purchased a new 2012 Hyundai Sonata on September 30, 2011. The dealership told us when we bought it that Hyundai had a program in place that if one of us lost our job within the first year of having th 2011. The dealership told us when we bought it that Hyundai had a program in place that if one of us lost our job within the first year of having the car, we could simply return the car. We were told today (8/25/12) that they stopped offering the program in April of 2011, yet we were told on September 30, 2011 that it was available. They told us to call US Bank and deal with them on the loan. We called US Bank and were told we had to wait until the loan went to Collections, and then they would talk with us about payment arrangements. So I guess we have to ruin our credit, because Hyundai will not honor what they told us. We are in our early 50's and have perfect credit, have always paid on time, and yet we get the run around for the first hardship in our lives in this very difficult economy. This is very upsetting to us, having never been in this situation before in our lives. STAND BY YOUR WORD, Centennial Hyundai. What happened to customer service and just plain being honest!?!? More
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I bought my sonata 2t from carlos. He represented the dealership as a costco co-operative dealer . They are not. He showed me a phony print out saying that they give the Costco discounts. Actually the only Hyundai dealer in las vegas that is Costco co-operative is the henderson/ boulder hwy dealer. This cost me over $1300 difference in price . I hate liars so now i refuse to due any service work there. I called costco and complained . they said the dealer should not have represented himself that way. I would call that fraud!
