This service was very frustrating and really disappointing in many ways. First the vehicle was service and with in a few days had a heavy smell of rubber burning and high metal pitch squeaki disappointing in many ways. First the vehicle was service and with in a few days had a heavy smell of rubber burning and high metal pitch squeaking sound from front brakes, car was returned and quickly told a rock got into brakes. Told rock was removed and took car back and immediately as we left service area less then a mile brakes had same noise. Returned immediately and service manage took car confirmed noise and problem told it was brake pad folded??? New rotors re cut and new brake pads Took car and with in one day the same issues happened with a worse sound Returned and had new rotors and new performance pads place on front brakes Once we left the service area within less then 3 miles an even louder metal sounding squeaking started, return immediately and service manager took a hard look and drove vehicle and took the Jeep and we left it again. The service manager stepped up and confirmed that the rear brakes had issues now Was told they believe they had bad Mopar private labelled product, he explain he would put new rotors and new performance pads. Service Manager Tony B. Took control and finally it appears the service of the brakes is completed We had a few service visits and still need a leak in rear seal to be looked at and repaired Very very apprehensive in using your service center due to all the issues and truly someone should really reach out to discuss with me due to having to comeback four times with the potential of an extremely hazardous condition with my brakes on this 2018 Jeep Joe Beltrani 631-220-5620 j.beltrani@verizon.net More

After a 2 hr drive, agreeing on a price, test driving the vehicle, being approved for a lender, and being at the dealership for over 2 hours, we were told the car in our deal was sold to another buyer in the vehicle, being approved for a lender, and being at the dealership for over 2 hours, we were told the car in our deal was sold to another buyer in the same showroom we were in by another salesman. Very unethical business practice. Another salesman confirmed that the other buyer arrived after we did. Another unsurprising unethical practice was that I was told directly and saw several vehicles on their lot advertising their required package and the items/services that come with them have already been completed, but none of the vehicles had the upgrades, I.e. vin etched windows, paint protective coatings, a interior protectants, etc. Overall it was an extremely unprofessional and regretful experience. If you’re not there to buy a brand new vehicle marked well above MSRP, they’re going to treat you like you don’t matter. If you can fin your vehicle elsewhere, it’s worth it to not support businesses who treat customers that way. More
