$89.95 just to walk through the door at the GM service center. They misdiagnosed my vehicle, had me waiting over 2 hours, then charged me $89.95 for the 'labor' of hooking my car up to their computer. T center. Bought used 07 chevy impala. The tires were wearing on it. It was under warranty. they fixed the alignment and replaced 4 tires for free. I was very happy about that. 10000 miles later my rear tires are wearing again. Brought it too them. they said that it needed a rear wheel alignment. My take on it was that they did not even align it in the first place and they should do it right for free and put 2 ne rear tires on it for free also because my tires are warn very badly. They would only pay for half of the alignment witch was $70 they paid $35. And would not replace thee tires. This is why i gave them a bad rating. If you mess up something on someones vehicle it should be paid for by the dealer, no questions asked! Very disappointed with them. They never should have sold me the car in the first place like that. So called GM certified vehicle. More
