"Oil change "

I've come to century 3 or 4 times over the last 2 years for regular maintenance/oil changes. They have never tried to up-sell me or tell me that there are other issues with my car like I have found with other places. And this time, when my car was making a funny noise, he let me know what was making the noise and gave me an estimate but didn't pressure me to get it fixed immeiately (as it wasn't something that had to be done that day). It was much appreciated and I will be going back to them

"Great routine service experience"

It was very easy to schedule my routine service appointment (oil change) on the date and time that I preferred. They serviced my car right on time and only took about 1 hour. I shared some maintenance concerns with Cody (window not rolling down, faulty turn signals) and he was upfront about the time it would take and the best appointment to schedule on a different day. They even honored a voucher for a free oil change. Another satisfactory experience!

"Head light door on my 1999 Corvette stopped workng."

Tall Tom treated me very good. Very professional! Great at calling me and letting me know the status of the repairs. There were a few problems figuring out what was wrong. Tom and the tech went far and above to find the problem and correct it!

I have had some bad experiences there but cody has really put my trust back in you people. I got this truck 4 years ago...new. this is the third vehicle I have gotten from you. I was not going to have anything to do with century Chevrolet after the bad time I had with one of your services ice writers he was a total xxx to me. I just happen to think it's a good company but you do have a problem with one person. I'm not real sure why he is still there. Thanks john

"Bad factory installation of Linex bed liner"

I screwed up and damaged the Linex bed lining in my 2017 Silverado, but it exposed part of the metal in the bed and I discovered that the bed had not been prepped prior to the Linex coating as recommended by Linex. Chuck Gibson, the service manager at Century Chevrolet, set me up with Tall Tom Ricicki and he had Linex of Denver redo the lining. It looks great and I want to thank these gentlemen for fixing my truck. Thanks, Ron

2018 Chevy Bolt was making a noise while turning. It was easy to request an appt online, then drop off the car the night before. Problem was quickly diagnosed - aftermarket floor mat interfering with steering knuckle. I got a phone call later in the day that the car was ready and they sent someone to pick me up at the house. This is a clean, well managed shop.
