I had a mystery noise in my truck and it took a while to find and hopefully fix. 6 weeks later I have my truck back. I can appreciate that this can be a hard task but I made a payment on a vehicle and registered a truck I couldn’t drive. I also had to fight for updates because of a my service agent leaving the company. When I did get my truck back it was filthy. They are working with me to resolve this, but now I have to take more time off from work to get my truck detailed. Giving a dirty vehicle back to a customer is not acceptable. On top of everything, there was an 1/8th tank of fuel left, I never run my vehicles that low. If I have to return your loaners cars back with full tanks, I would hope for the same from you. Special shout out to Frank Molina for stepping up and being a good service agent.
