So, let me tell you about our experience with this place. We drove 2 hours, ready to purchase a 2018 Nissan Rouge for 18,500. When we get there, they tell us that isn't the price and the 18,500 price is li We drove 2 hours, ready to purchase a 2018 Nissan Rouge for 18,500. When we get there, they tell us that isn't the price and the 18,500 price is listed "after a suggested down-payment, the real price is 21,500". Then they added "inspection charge" which was about 3200. Sales tax was 3500 (no idea how they arrived at that number). A couple of other charges added up to another 2,000. So, the Rouge we went down for because it was listed as 18,500, was now about 29,000. With a 3,500 down-payment, we were looking at financing 25,500. This didn't happen all at once either, it built up over the 3 hours we were there. They made up get insurance on the car before giving us any loan payment options. Finally, we get into the Financial Office and they say we can have it for $484/month for 72 months, interest rate being 6.99% (we have great credit). When my wife almost starts crying, they magically dropped the interest rate down to 5.49%, and payment went to $400/month for 75 months. I would never recommend going to this place and their shady ways. Super disappointed in myself for not doing my DD with this place. Learn from this experience! More

During the process, they gave me one price, ran my credit, then gave me an extra 6k on top of what they already told me. Their additional charges are prep fee and warranty fee through Allstate. The warranty fee was basically double insurance for the vehicle which covers what your primary insurance already does (SCAM). I was furious because they ran my credit with false prices. I have never been to a car dealership that does that. They try to tell me "The additional fees are on their website", THEY ARE AWARE THAT THEY ARE GIVING DIFFERENT PRICES THROUGHOUT THE TRANSACTIONS AND WILL GIVE YOU A DIFFERENT PRICE AFTER THEY RUN YOUR CREDIT. I did not buy a car from them. Also, they did not want to give my paperwork back, just a copy of my application with my personal information on it. More

I then had the pleasure of working with Yakeila who was hands down the best sales rep I ever dealt with. Although it was late, she was still very patient with me and didn’t pressure us at all to buy a car. She listened to all of our concerns and addressed them all. She was absolutely awesome to work with. I have to also mention Junior, the finance manager who worked to get me the best deal for my financial circumstances. In the end, I left that night with my dream car and couldn’t be happier. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to this dealership. More
