Please DO NOT use this dealer for service. I had a simple fuel leak from pump to engine in fuel line in my 2011 328i. 1 line replaced at a cost of $1,300+. First thing I did was try to fill I had a simple fuel leak from pump to engine in fuel line in my 2011 328i. 1 line replaced at a cost of $1,300+. First thing I did was try to fill tank with gas. Would not take gas, pump kept shutting off. Couldn't figure out why, thought it was just a bad pump nozzle. Later found out at a different repair shop that the charcoal filter was completely full with liquid fuel, preventing the emissions system from working properly. The only way for that to happen is to overfill fuel tank multiple times per week until no more gas will fit in filler neck. I always stop at first shut off, so that wasn't it. OR, as I believe, someone physically dumps gas into the filter canister. This is not a problem that will be immediately visible to most people. Takes a minute to destroy the other components. $3,500 later, problem solved. Of course, I can't prove my suspicions since no one is allowed to actually watch the work being done, but I am not a dumb person and have talked to a few techs at BMW and feel confident that I'm right. I will do all I can to pass on my story and help people avoid this dealership for service. More

Having to wait on my dream car, she put in the next best used opt. without skipping a beat. I had been to a dozen dealers looking for a hybrid which are going like hotcakes in this inflation crisis. With-in seconds she NAILED IT! She knew exactly what I was looking for and my style. She gets a 10 out of 10. Her costumer service level went from dumpster diving for a windshield sticker I had requested to having buffed out some scratches, filled up the tank with the AC flowing, a smooth financing experience (thank you Giuseppe), all under an hour. A little under two years ago we visited Chapman BMW about 15 minutes before close. Kim Reid came out to greet us and spent the remaining time while the dealership was open to talk with us about the X5 withou 15 minutes before close. Because of Kim's product knowledge, and polite professional personality made my partner want to come back during open hours to buy a car from her. I admit we visited more than once to Chapman BWW and each time she was patient helping us fully understand the car we were buying. We enjoyed the purchase of the X5 so much that we went a few weeks ago and bought a 430i for me. Both of our purchases were smooth and easy, and because of this, we sent our friends to Kim who bought a 340i from her. The car business was a good part of my life for 20-plus years, and I am not one to give out compliments like this easily to people in the business. More
