The preventative maintenance by your staff is a welcome gesture. Dave Flores is the main reason I come to Chapman Dodge. His candid observations of my Dodge have helped me get this vehicle usage to 222,000 miles and all is still working well. This would not be so if I didn't have someone that watched over my truck as carefully as if it was his own. David Flores was great to work with. Unfortunatly the tech that worked on my vehicle was a hack. He put the dash back together wrong...there are gaps on the trim pieces (normally not a big deal but on a tech that worked on my vehicle was a hack. He put the dash back together wrong...there are gaps on the trim pieces (normally not a big deal but on a brand new $55K truck with only 6000 miles I expect some care to be taken) Not to mention my stereo didnt work when I picked it up. I had to take it back to the stereo shop and have them figure it out. The tech had disconnected some wires and never reconnected them and never even checked to see if the stereo turned on. This dealership that was reccomended by a close friend. What a disappointment. More
I took my Jeep in for oil/change and tire rotation and repairs to one of my break lights. I had a coupon for the oil change and tire rotation which included a "detail/car wash". I was told that the servic repairs to one of my break lights. I had a coupon for the oil change and tire rotation which included a "detail/car wash". I was told that the service should take no longer than an hour and 30 min, but waited for 2 and a half hours without any kind of feedback or update. When I got my car back it had not been washed and if it had they did a terrible job of it. But by that time I was late for other appointments. The next morning when I got into my car, the "change oil" warning light came on again. So, I am left wondering if the oil had been changed at all, or if it is just mediocre service. Either way it is not a good reflection on Chapman Dodge. Dave is always very friendly, and I doubt any of my complaints reflect on the service he provides. More

I am not pleased with the service I received. I specifically asked that my brakes be checked as well as doing the 90,000 mile service, which cost me over $1,000. I was told my brakes were fine. Soon after I heard a grinding sound coming from my brakes that continued to get worse. I took my vehicle into another shop and found out that my brakes were metal to metal, which was now a costly brake repair. I feel that my vehicle was not properly inspected and am not confident in the work that was done. More
