James is not only a mechanic he is my friend that keeps my daughters car running beyond my expectations! I tell you the man is brilliant and there's no way you couldn't love a man as skilled as this man! The owner Bruce is one smart business man hiring James and all the excellent staff at Charles Auto Family! The dealership is a one stop shop for simply all your needs from a free cup of coffee to the cleanest bathrooms in America and the friendliest handshakes the world has ever known! The only problem I've ever had is when I have to leave because I just love everyone there! He has always gone to a nearby dealership to have his Blazer worked on and never had any complaints about them. Last month his check engine light came on and he took it to this dealership that I was talking about. They had his blazer on a lift and they showed him his frame was rusted out. They then tried to sell him a 2017 car with 17,000 miles on it. I took him to Charles- where the people were friendly and very professional. My roommate was able to purchase a 2018 with a hitch package for only $2000 more than the other dealership. Brand new! If I ever can afford it- I will be back to Charles to buy at truck! It may have been a little bit of a drive- but well worth the effort! More
