"Wouldn’t go back to service "

Came in told them what was wrong with my car they told me it was something else what another dealer told me plus the on the dashboard showed the symbol of the problem wouldn’t cause the problem I paid 730 get the car back and still have the problem take it back next day and they say it’s what I came in and said the problem was and charge me $68. After they fixed it the symbol went away So I paid $730 for nothing and no one call or email back when I emailed for manager. I will never go to this location again. They really got over me. I even brought my bmw six years ago from this location. Wish I could give a zero star for wasting my money Latrina davis

"The “advisor” in Sales Advisor "

I bought a CPO BMW from Chris about three years ago. I had such a great experience working with him, a few months later my husband and I bought another BMW from Chris. When purchasing my vehicle Chris understood how much my travel and the cities I frequent. He recommended that I purchase the Road Hazard warranty because of this. Here it is 3 yrs later and I’ve used the warranty for tire issues and just recently for a cracked rim from the numerous pot holes driving in various cities. My cracked rim was replaced instantly and I was back on the road with just paying the deductible. All thanks from the advice of my sales advisor. It’s years later and I’m still saying thank you, Chris!

"Friends don't let friends go to Checkered Flag BMW! "

Worst customer service ever. Scheduled a recall repair for our BMW a few weeks ago. The recall notice said that a replacement vehicle would be available, so when we scheduled the appointment we told them we would need one. They said, "No problem, we will have one for you." We live an hour away, and figured we would do some Christmas shopping around Hilltop since I was taking a day off work. Fast forward to this morning when they tell us they don't have a loaner for us, and we can sit around for the day until it's done, or the courtesy shuttle can drop us off somewhere. When I told them they had assured us we could have a loaner they said if we wanted one we needed to get there earlier. They never said that when THEY gave us the time for the appointment. Worst customer service ever!! Won't make this mistake again.

"Customer Service is Amazing!!!!"

The customer service team and Ashley in particular is simply amazing! She took care of me and my 2 day old BMW that unfortunately took on water during the flooding that took place in Norfolk in July. From the minute she called to tell me she was going to be "my person" I knew my car was going to be in great hands and I have not been disappointed! It was difficult not living in the area (I'm in northern VA) but Ashley kept me informed via texts, emails & calls to ensure I knew what was happening every step of the way. If I didn't live 3 hours away you would have a customer for life!

He made up for the frustration we experienced with the previous manager. Due to the way he handled the situation, we can happily give them the 5 star rating they now deserve. "Excellent Service!"

I've been using Checkered Flag Mini since I bought my first one in 2004, ... I now also have a 2015. When I got the 2015, Frank was able to advise me on the new features and what he knew I had come to expect and love about my 2004, from a servicing standpoint. I didn't follow one suggestion and regret it, ... and maybe I should have tried that cool color combination, too... but otherwise, I was sensible and took his great advice. The 2015 had a crazy issue with a recent recall, but as usual, Frank Lindsay in service has kept me well informed and taken care of me and my mini throughout the process. I've had a Mini for 13 years and Frank has been there to assist, keep me informed, and dealt with all of my crazy issues with being a coastal ecologist taking the Mini from swamp to shore to cross-country trips (think I have the highest mileage on the 2015 so far). He has set the standard and it is a tough act to follow! Thanks, Frank!

"serious lack of customer service"

I have used Checkered Flag Toyota for the past 12 years and have always been thoroughly pleased, so I assumed I would have a similar experience at BMW since it is under the same management. I brought my car in to get my sealant done, and was told it would take a couple of hours. After 5 hours I had heard nothing, so I called in and was told my car would not be ready until the next day. Then, after finally getting my car I noticed the paint on my trunk was chipped. I had to play phone tag with the customer service manager for a week before getting the appointment set up for me to come back to have the paint chip fixed ten days later. With no apology, the paint chip was fixed and I was sent on my way. Driving home I smelled paint and looked around and found five paint spots on the interior of my car. I immediately called the customer service manager, who said she would email me but did not, again with no apology. This time it took over three weeks for her to get back with me to set up an appointment, and when I brought it in to the unapologetic crew they tried to convince me that it was actually not paint. I will NEVER be returning to this service center.

my son is in the Navy he had his s5 towed there for body shop repairs the bill was 4000 dollars while his sub was there someone broke his door handle the don't want to fix it how could they treat our military that way I had to call the news trouble shorter on them bad customer service I would never recommend anybody go there to the body shop and get any work done that's in the military
