I went last Thursday to look at a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo X. My sales rep was Jerry Cronk. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Jerry!! I provided a detail list of features I was looking for in my request and he didn't even bother to provide any information. I must add he said " Keep in mind, if you have pricing from somewhere else, please bring it here, we'll be more than happy to show you why you'll get it from us." It is certainly fine is a dealership does not want to discuss pricing online however to strong arm people to come into their showroom floor without knowing if they have what you need is unacceptable. In addition, I would suggest getting with the times since I could come into the showroom floor and still leverage this against you with another dealership if that was your biggest concern. I am sure the owner would not be happy that this Manager did not want my business. I am happy to say I purchased from a reputable dealership who could address my questions without me coming into the dealership. More
