Heather was upfront and professional. After negotiating and making my final decision, gm Terry joined us with much dismay when I said sold. His response to me “well now I have to go tell a very nice customer that the car they wanted was sold” Did I even have to be told that and am I not a very nice customer too? I really made me feel like I disappointed him with my decision. The “the very nice” customers went on to purchase the same suv, different color. So Terry had 2 sales. I feel this was unnecessary and if not for Heathers efforts, I would of left. I had been there 3 times and test drove the suv and I love the car. Terry needs lesson on customer service if the dealership wants to survive. Thank you in advance for listening. More
