"Wonderful Customer Service"

I can't praise Huntington Chevrolet enough for their fast and friendly customer service. They squeezed me in because I was traveling alone with 4 small children and needed our truck ready for a long road trip. They did their best in getting me in and out!! Thank you Huntington Chevy!! The service Manager is the nasty person ever! The sales guy basically told me that the chevy suburban is made like crap! I traded my car in after I wen to the place literally drove it off the lot to Lincoln for a different car!

"First trip there after buying used"

Date of service - 9/22-9/23/16 - I bought a used 2015 Suburban on 9/9/16 and because I had to be somewhere else I didn't have time to inspect it before or immediately after signing the papers. When I had time the next day to give it a good look, I noticed there were a few things that needed to be done - rear wiper was old and not cleaning, a piece of the headliner was off, marks in the headliner, cargo door didn't always open automatically, remove tinting on front windows because it was too dark, etc. I dropped it off for them to keep overnight and because there wasn't a loaner car available, they dropped me off at home and picked me up the next day even though I live out of their "courtesy" area. I'm only giving a 4 star rating because they need to work on their communications - it's just about impossible to get someone on the phone at any time. While Roberto did tell me what time he would call and I would be picked up, and he did call on time, I needed to tell him something earlier in the morning and had a lot of trouble getting my message to him.

"Unfriendly, unprofessional sevice experience."

Was happy to get an appointment for the next day. Arrived before service opened and was 2nd on line. Service writer promptly complained that I had not purchased my car rom this dealer. The experience took a turn for the worst. Even though during the appointment call I was promised a ride home I waited nearly an hour and no ride materialized. Needless to say, I was not happy to be stuck. When I asked what time I could expect a ride, I was reminded again that I was not "their customer".vI guess they don't value service customers.....only sales customers.

"Avoiding a bad experience"

I am writing so other may avoid my experience . I dont like to write anything negative but this needs to be said. My 2011 Silverado went into service after it went into limp mode. After 3 days I was told my warranty would not cover the repairs and that I had a chaffed wiring harness but there was no promise that would fix the problem. I took the truck elsewhere and the condition was repaired by replacing the TCU and no Chaffed wires were found The service manager is unfriendly and has no customer service skills . This dealer has recently been taken over by a large auto group and Its not for the better

"Service Department "

Me and my fiance purchased 2 vehicles from this Chevy dealer, the initial experience was great our sales person Chris Cox is awesome, great person always helpful. However I decided to purchase the factory chrome door handles for my 2014 Silverado I made an appointment a week in advance to have them installed on 9/17/2014. To cut the story short my truck was sitting there the entire day when I went to pick it up none of the work I requested to be done was completed. However they did take care of some recall stuff that I was NEVER made aware of by Chevy or GM. The issue I have is that I was not made aware of what repairs needed to be made nor did they have the intelligence to call and ask me if it was okay to perform this work. I never signed an RO nor verbally authorized any work to be done on my truck. This dealership along with it's sister dealership Atlantic Chevy are disgraces to the Chevy brand, on top of that the place is in obvious need of renovations, if they can not care for there own property how could anyone expect them to care about me or you as a customer, how can we trust them to properly maintain our vehicles when they can not even maintain there appearance???? If your family purchases a vehicle from there go through Chris Cox, after that cut all ties with this place I now will be taking my vehicle to another Chevy dealer for service, hopefully they will have a clue.
