I cannot believe how lucky I was to get Emily as my Salesperson. She was very patient and courteous with me, and made the whole process of purchasing a new car an enjoyable one. Also, Dan the New car sales manager was great to work with me on the price. I was very specific about the car and model I wanted to buy and did not want to be open to the fact to look at other chevy models, Emily recommended me a certain model that had just arrived a couple of days earlier and I decided to take a look at it, I am sooooooooo happy I listened to her, even though I thought I wanted another car. I absolutely love everything about my car, Emily knew exactly what I was looking for and the type of car that ultimately was the perfect car for me. I can't even imagine owning the car I wanted originally. Thank You Dan Wolf Of Chevrolet for having employees like Emily who truly listen to their customers and made my experince a truly great one. My wife and I saw a few Vehicles on the Internet and were headed to WI for the weekend so we took a little detour to take a look at them. I had a great experience with Chevrolet of Naperville. Emily Smith was awesome. She was genuine and was very personable. When I came in to check out the car, it was ready to go for the test drive. The Emily Smith was awesome. She was genuine and was very personable. When I came in to check out the car, it was ready to go for the test drive. The test track was great, but I was concerned about a couple warning lights that were on on the dash. One was a low tire warning and the other was a maintenence required light. This was no problem, Emily had me drive it around to the garage were a mechanic was able to clear both lights right then and there. Thanks also to the mechanic, who took the time away from what he was working on to look at the car and make it right. Emily was not bothered by the fact that it was after closing time and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. I decided I wanted the car. The next day was Emily's day off. Not only did she come in on her day off, but she also drove out of her way to pick me up in Yorkville to take me to Naperville to get the car. She also waited around about an hour for me to go through all of the financial stuff and personally delivered the car to me. It was a great car buying experience and I hate car shopping. Thanks again to all of the staff and especially Emily for my Prius. With my Prius, I now feel that I am better then everybody. bahahahaha. More

From her friendly personality to her conscientiousness about making sure I learned every detail about the Equinox, I couldn’t have asked fo ever had.
