To be brief, this dealership is dishonest. I had trusted this dealer based on prior web reviews and the salesperson seemed friendly and hontest on the phone. However, they did not disclose that the vehicle this dealer based on prior web reviews and the salesperson seemed friendly and hontest on the phone. However, they did not disclose that the vehicle that I almost purchased is MISSING A CATALYTIC CONVERTER. I almost bought an expensive car site unseen based on the information provided on their web ads and by speaking by phone to their salesman, Rick Carlson. Luckily I paid to have it inspected which revealed multiple issues including the car missing a catalytic converter. Neither the car ads nor multiple phone conversations with the salesman Rick Carlson disclosed this important information. The vehicle would not have passed smog inspection where I live (as most areas) and I would not have been able to register or drive the vehicle without spending thousands of dollars upon receiving it from them. Had I known the vehicle was missing a catalytic converter, I would not have spent $405 to get it inspected and would have looked for another vehicle. When I asked Rick why he did not disclose this information earlier which would allow me to make an informed decision, he claimed that he did not know the car was missing the catalytic converter. This is not believable for a dealer that sells cars of this caliber. I requested a refund of $405 that I spent for the inspection since they should have disclosed the information about the catalytic converter but they declined. It is fraudulent to not disclose this type of important information to the consumer. I ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! More
