I was greeted by Brittany Williams who not only made me feel welcome but was extremely well versed in the product line and easily provided all the information I sought. (That just does not happen at most of the dealerships I have visited.) Even the Sales Manager, Jay Fredrickson, surprised me; I had expected a standard focused sales pitch experience but found both Brittany and Jay more than willing to go the extra step in finding answers to all my questions - even those that were not directly related to the purchase of this specific vehicle both before and after the sale was completed. They really went out of their way to provide every bit of information I desired to make a decision without, at any time, pushing for a decision from me. It was not just one or two whose professionalism impressed me. Mike Tolar, in the Parts Department, researched and tabulated 2 pages of information for me and has continued to be extremely helpful. And Rob Godwin was very patient and thorough in ensuring there were no remaining questions and that everything in the contract was fully understood and mutually agreeable. Undoubtedly, this was the most enjoyable auto purchase of any I have ever made over a great many years.
