"Trust is the Key!"

Having a team you can trust is key when understanding and investing in car repairs. Laura Spinola earns my trust every time! She takes the time to explain in detail any issues with my jeep and helps me prioritize the most important. She goes above and beyond to make sure that I know the status of my service situation so I am never left in the dark. I am super impressed with how she is able to balance all of the activity and customer interaction to make me feel like I am valued and not just a number. Kudos Laura!!

"Dont buy or service here!!!!"

I purchased a “certified pre-owned” 2015 ram from ram 24 three months ago. My experience has been nothing but xxxx. First the salesman Gerry agreed to buff out scratches and fix the bumper if I purchesed the vehicle so I did. He quickly denied that he said this and when I dropped the truck off after tooth and nail arguing I pick it up and nothing at all got fixed! They gave me touch up paint and told me to wet sand the spots and fill it in myself after I buy a $25,000 dollar truck unreal! Quickly after I buy the vehicle I notice the ebrake cable hanging about 5 inches from the ground which is weird where they supposedly inspect these vehicles for safety before you drive them. The more I look at the truck it seems to be they just slapped a sticker on it and pushed it out the door. I call the manager at the service department asking to talk about the repair and i got nothing but sass and ignorance and unbelievable disrespect saying its not theyre problem. I love ram but DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE A VEHICLE HERE!!

"5 star service!"

5 star service to Robert Paquin and the rest of the service team! My Durango caused such a crazy morning start this week. We got it towed to Chyrsler Jeep 24 and they took total care of us. As annoying as we were with constant calling and nagging about service time, they never even slightly lost their cool! Always calm professional, respectful an accomodating. Even if you didn't buy your car here, I advise you ALL to get your cars serviced here! I am always 100% satisfied. Thank you for providing continued top notch service. We are very thankful and pleased as usual..

"Horrible customer service"

Brought my truck in for a vibration and recalls, was told that they couldn't duplicate vibration because of the rain and would have to start by replacing the tires, so I replaced the Tires, Vibration still there, so I returned to dealer and they had truck for a week, they replaced front and rear driveshafts and when that didn't fix it I was told the vibration is normal and they all do it. Has something to do with wheels I was told, However the loaner I was driving was the same exact truck as mine and guess what? No vibration? So I replaced all four wheels with a different style and long behold it still vibrates, when I went back to dealer the service manager Chuck would not go for a road test with me, was told he was to busy, and to return next week, however I spotted him on his cell phone texting and flirting with other employees, but I guess that is consider being busy. I talk to chuck this morning as I'm concerned about the safety of this truck and that I was upset he wouldn't go on a road test with me, but had time to play games with other employees, I also asked that if he thinks it's safe to please provide that in writing, he refused, I was told that the dealership is done with me and not to come back. Stay away from this dealer if you have a concern with your vehicle, as they don't have the staff to fix it or even verify there is a issue

"Great Customer Service By Laura!"

Laura Spinola the assistant service manager ROCKS! I have delt with her on 2 occasions and she has a way of keeping the customer calm and satisfied. I had to have my car serviced twice in one month and though the work was covered under factory warranty i had to take time off to put it in the shop and my rental reservation was not available. Lisa found me a suitable vehicle and made sure that my vehicle was surfaced as soon as possible. Laura's professionalism, get it done attitude and her understanding of customer relations is the main reason why I will continue to bring my car to Chrysler-Jeep Dodge Ram 24. Thank you Laura! I work nearby and it is super convenient to drop my car off whenever I have time and need a service. Staff are always ready to help. No waiting, no bother. I get a call when the car is ready and can pick it up whenever it's convenient for me. Great complimentary Starbucks coffee, too!

"They saved my family's vacation!"

My ignition quit working and I was at wit's end. My family is going on vacation in a few days, and I thought for sure that this would eliminate that opportunity by costing me an arm and a leg. I spoke with the service center to let them know that my Jeep was on the way, and to describe what the issue was. Speaking with Laura, she asked me if I wanted the good news or the bad news first. I said "Give me the bad", but she refused. She said "Let me tell you the good news first. This sounds like an issue that is currently under recall. We will replace the faulty ignition module, and you will get two new key FOBs, to boot. The bad news: we are busy and I am not sure what time we can get your vehicle into the shop." Following the vehicle to the shop, I met Laura in person. She told me there was no reason for me to have come down, and wanted to know if I needed anything from the Jeep. I said "That all depends on whether I will have the Jeep back tomorrow (because I needed my pool cue to shoot in a league the following evening).". Laura said "Don't worry, we will have the Jeep back to you by 3 this afternoon.". I could have kissed her (not that may wife would have approved if she found out!)! In the end, I paid nothing as it was all covered by the recall, and my Jeep now starts beautifully. In the end, I would recommend my friends who are Jeep owners (and I actually did that last night as a friend stated that she had been told by another dealership that the parts needed to fix HER Jeep for the same problem would not be available for months) to visit this dealership with any issues. I went to the Service Office of CJDR on Tuesday, and I had the great fortune of dealing with a wonderful service professional, Laura Spinola. She took the time to instruct me about locating information regarding the oil capacity in my vehicle so that I can make better decisions regarding maintenance in the future. She also explained a few more areas of my Jeep that needed attention, either on that day or in the future. I learned that seeing is believing ~ the facts don't lie!
