Heather made an appointment for me right away & Dustin took care of the car when I arrived. Dustin kept me updated on what they needed to do to the car & what it would cost. I bought a car from them a month ago and it is already in the shop. It took them a week to fix the thermostat and the day I picked it up I didn't even make it home before it started rattling again. Now it is the shop. It took them a week to fix the thermostat and the day I picked it up I didn't even make it home before it started rattling again. Now it is in the shop again. I will be putting in almost $1000 in a car that I haven't even had a whole month. They didn't disclose that the original owner was a smoker. I can't get the smell out of the car. More

Dealership told us it would be $2000 to fix our explorer when it started idling hard. It took them over a week and when they finally called us and told us how great it ran and how it was driving great we w when it started idling hard. It took them over a week and when they finally called us and told us how great it ran and how it was driving great we were excited. We went to pick it up and it did drive fine, but shook uncontrollably when idling still- the problem it was in the shop for in the first place. We had to turn around and take it back and they said it would be another 3000 to fix it now but the fix would only bandaid the problem and in a few months would cost me 4000 more because the first part was not the problem. I ended up taking to another dealership because they just kept adding more and more money. This was a 2016 and never should have had the issues it claimed to have. More
