I took my Ford Focus to have recall work done. I had an 8:15 appointment. They said it should be done by noon. They said they’d call me when it was done. I never got a call. Looks like if they weren’t going to have it by noon they could have called and let me know. I won’t do business with them again. Poor communication . More

Poorest service I’ve had there. Waited an hour and a half for an oil change and No one came to me to let me know it was finished as I waited. No apologies and Greg didn't seem to care. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company! Heather in service told me they were fully booked for the day, but let me talk to her manager Dustin to see if they could squeeze me in. He contacted me if there was any changes to the original quote and only did the required work necessary to get my wife and I back to our vacation. Also had the opportunity to meet the owner and have a strong feeling I have made a friend for life. We live 3 hours from Chuck Anderson Ford, but I will be willing to bet I will buy my next car from them! More
