You don't have to park your car and then go to the service department. You drive into a bay where your car is checked in, then you are taken to a service consultant. Brenda Reeder was my consultant and she explained the whole process before hand and said it would be an hour's wait. I waited less than an hour and once again Brenda explained all that was done and reviewed the final report with me. And my car was washed for me! I've never had this level of service from any other car dealership. I highly recommend Flemington Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac. More
