It was the eve of the salesman’s wedding day and he was supposed to leave by 5pm but instead he stayed until almost 10pm helping me pick out, test drive and purchase my new F150. Although the salesman was supposed to leave early he never rushed or pushed me to make a decision and made sure I understood everything about the financing and the workings of the truck before I drove away. Furthermore I left some items in my old trucks and had to call him later that night on his cell phone and he made sure to have the items collected before the truck left the dealer. With service like that there’s really no reason to go anywhere else! More

Promises were not kept: (1)The Lien Fee would not be charged.(2) Sticker would be removed and car detail Nice car, poor customer service experience. Promises were not kept: (1)The Lien Fee would not be charged.(2) Sticker would be removed and car detailed. Poor communication: Took more than 10 days to get plates. My calls were not returned and I finally had to go to the dealership in person. I was then told it is company policy to wait 10 days to provide plates if you pay with a personal check. If someone had told me that at the start, I would not have paid that way. Plates were poorly installed with front bracket hanging off (missing screws). No inspection sticker was provided and I had to return to the dealership the next day to resolve that. More
