Superb Buying Experience - Best Ever! In all of our years of buying vehicles, this has been the ABSOLUTE BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE!!! Our first contact was with Bryann/Internet...and she wen In all of our years of buying vehicles, this has been the ABSOLUTE BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE!!! Our first contact was with Bryann/Internet...and she went the extra length to ensure that the vehicle that we were interested in was already to go for a test drive...as she gave our information to Ray/Sales who was waiting for us at the door when we pulled up! From there, the MAGIC began! It seemed that EVERYONE that was working in the showroom came over to greet us during our visit. Such great people! We started out looking at a basic Ford F150 work truck...and ended up buying a TONKA/Tuscany Ford F150!!! Somehow, Beth/F&I made true MIRACLE MAGIC happen! Being a self employed contractor/family, our credit is not even close to perfect. We put down a deposit and hoped for the best. We needed a few weeks to come up with the rest of the deposit money. During that time, Beth worked so very hard to find a financial institution to work with us with great success! Aubrey/F&I was right by Beth's side throughout our final document signing. Beth worked diligently with Pete C./Manager to assist us in obtaining the TONKA! Pete came through with the authorization that we needed to take it home! Ray kept in touch during the entire time - start to finish - and still calls to check on our satisfaction with the dealership and the vehicle. Beth has also kept in touch!
