I looked at a car (2011 ford taurus) online and quickly received 2 emails, one from Charlie Cook and one from Aubrey Garson, I spoke with Aubrey over the phone about the car and she moved mountains to get me the low interest loan I wanted for the car. That weekend I drove to the dealer (from Pennsylvania) and met with Charlie and Aubrey. After a quick test drive I realized something was wrong with the car. We immediately drove back to the dealer where they took it to the service department and figured out there was a transmission mount bushing that was worn. It was fixed in an hour and soon after I was on my way home with my new car. If you are looking for a new/used or certified pre owned car there is no better place to go than Ditschman! I read reviews and often wonder if they are fake so let me tell you...............THIS REVIEW IS AS REAL AND GENUINE AS THEY GET! I will no longer go anywhere else to buy a car.
