I was handed a pamphlet and told all our cars come with this, fabric and paint defense, then I was charged $698 for it at signing. The charge was under “owe we” description (?) . I called the Warranty and this, fabric and paint defense, then I was charged $698 for it at signing. The charge was under “owe we” description (?) . I called the Warranty and Trust Company IIIA 1800-432-4566. And was provided paperwork submitted to the company by the dealership that stated the cost of the fabric and paint protection was $330. I asked Danny to explain the difference in cost on the dealership paperwork and the actual price for it on the warranty company paperwork, still no response. My advice is to just sell the car don’t push warranties on your customers. It makes your dealership look shady and your customers uncomfortable. More
