Very poor experience vs the last time I was in for service with my Wagoneer. I have been waiting for months on a part for a recall; no one notified me the part was in. Service took longer than promise service with my Wagoneer. I have been waiting for months on a part for a recall; no one notified me the part was in. Service took longer than promised and again, no one communicated that to me. When I pressed I needed the vehicle back, again took longer than promised to expedite.
