Thank you for trying to help me. Here is one thing I have to explain to you. I'm commuting by bus from the Bronx to Mt Pleasant. It takes more than two hours for one way. That means I spend about four and a half hours daily, five days a week, including Saturday and Sunday. Last Saturday, I missed one bus, which took five and a half hours to commute. Now I'm very tired of commuting by bus. It's already been over two weeks, 17 days since I dropped off my car at your place. I know it's not your fault. But I need my car back as soon as possible to avoid the tiredness of commuting by bus. At least, I would like to know when my car will be ready. Any time you have to get work done on your car you should always expect to wait at least a few hours. So for me the time isn’t what time considering. The waiting area has a bathroom, chairs, a tv, vending machine and coffee & tea. But most of all it was CLEAN. Something you might not expect from a car shop. overall.
