"I thought Baton Rouge dealer was bad this is worse...."

I thought Baton Rouge dealer was bad this is worse. Horrible service brought my vehicle to get fixed while under still under warranty they only fixed half the problem. Brought it back at a later date b/c majority of us all have jobs, kids and can’t just drop everything for someone else’s mess up. Was told that they it would cost over $400 to fix😳 called up there had to go through 3 people to get to the manager and all of them answering the phone HELLO like it’s there house and I had to ask “ is this Clark Crane” after talking to the manager and explaining to her what happened she said they would cover it. Ok good deal thank u so much! Yes ma’am we will order it and let you know when it comes in. Get a phone call from them 2 weeks ago saying that they don’t know what happened that the part was canceled but they ordered it again and would be there by the end of the week. Called last week said it was in and we scheduled appointment for today to get fixed and serviced. Drops it off the morning and they just called and said ma’am I just wanted to let u know that we are not covering the cost u will have to cover all of it...EXCUSE ME!!!! I was told it was covered and have spoken to y’all 3 times since them and now 3hrs after it’s dropped off u want to tell me this. Not acceptable! Horrible Customer service! Employees were getting hollered at like they were a bunch of kids when my husband dropped it off the first time. Stay away!!! Yeah

"Horrible experience "

Scheduled apt for struts and mounts only, my car was there 12 days. Never recvd update calls. Took my vehicle w/o having parts. Back order then tech broke a bolt that had to be ordered also. I will never bring my vehicle there again and will definitely share my experience.

I wrote a review earlier that I must contract. I have talked to Kim Munson and Jessica Crain about my problems and they got right on fixing them. I was very upset with the service center, but my problem has been corrected. I would refer and have referred people to Clark Crain. If you are in the market for a vehicle I suggest you to go there. If you have any problems arise PLEASE contact one of the two ladies mentioned above and they will surely take care of it. Thank you especially to Mrs Kim for everything........

"Horrible customer service "

The service wasn’t timely nor was it good. Brought my car back for a few things that was on a I owe you. Brakes, window regulator and side mirror cover. First trip of three they changed whole mirror out with one that didn’t match car when I told them I had fixed it myself. Said brakes was already done when they wasn’t. Took window apart before examining replacement part to see it was broke ( at least that’s the story I was told). Didn’t put window back together just tried to wedge it up from inside which they didn’t do correctly because while driving window fell down. Thankfully it didn’t break. Second trip I went back up there the following day to address the issues. They told me it was bad communication but I think it was poor craftsmanship and poor leadership. Needless to say after going back and forth about why parts wasn’t installed or window wasn’t put back the way it was before they touched it. I ended up telling them I didn’t trust them to do my work and I would rather take it somewhere else. So they gave me the brakes that I was told was on the car,gave me my mirror back that they took off when there was nothing wrong with it. Told me they had to order another window regulator. I took my car to another shop to have parts put on. The other shop told me they would not touch my door because your service department tore it apart and didn’t want to be responsible for anything that they didn’t do. Which I understood. After a couple of weeks I called to see if the window regulator had come in because there was no communication from the service department. I was told it was in so service department set a date for me to come in. On that date car was brought in for 8:30am which was scheduled time. Car did not get looked at until 1:00pm. Was told to sign a letter stating service department would not be responsible for anything if the worked on it because I told them on second visit I didn’t think they was capable of doing the work. Honestly I didn’t want them to do the work but no one would touch it. Well after all is said and done window doesn’t go up like it should and my door is full of water. It is sad I was subjected to such horrible service and the one thing they was supposed to complete is not right. Which will cost me more money. It something how and “I Owe You” costed me. I must say buying the car was a great experience.

Technical expertise was very good. Need to work on their general bookkeeping. Our papers were misplaced and took about 30 minutes to find. Overall was a good experience.

"Service department has greatly improved "

The new service manager (Troy) seems to have this place running at an all time high (acceptable level).....for years the overall customer service was simply poor.....now, I get a quote, a phone call, a message when it's ready, etc.....finally good service has come to St Francisville s Chrysler dealership.....the entire place seems to now " get it".....and we all know it starts at the top.
