Very pleased with the professional manner of the staff; they were all very polite, professional, and responsive. I would like to specifically mention Mike (UK) in service, who I believe, went above and bey they were all very polite, professional, and responsive. I would like to specifically mention Mike (UK) in service, who I believe, went above and beyond; he contacted me with status updates throughout the process and helped to explain the repair vs replacement pros and cons. I find it refreshing to experience this caliber of customer service today. I have been to several other dealerships in the past couple of years and I believe that as a result of this experience, I will be switching to Classic Chevrolet for all my future vehicle needs. Great job! More

Classic has had our back with our 2020 Escalade for two years and we didn’t even purchase it from them! It has has had several problems and they are always quick, kind, and courteous! It has a rattle and they are still working to locate this problem!!! They always wash & dry my car before I pick it up and it looks marvelous! They do the oil changes too!!! My father purchased his Cadillac from this store and has done all service with this store. He has always spoken highly of the team members at Classic. Recently he had over $2K of work done to his low mile done all service with this store. He has always spoken highly of the team members at Classic. Recently he had over $2K of work done to his low mileage 2015 SRX. The work was completed as agreed and done well. My father mentioned that when picking the car up he was surprised it was not washed/clean. Didn't bad mouth to me, but it took me off sides. The devil is in the details. Why would you not at a minimum run the car through the wash? This shows gratitude to a loyal consumer who trusts the store and appreciates the reputation that Classic has built in this region. More
