I drop my car off to get an oil change. I left it overnight. No one called me to tell me my vehicle is ready when I looked at the link that I was sent to check the status of my vehicle and I left it overnight. No one called me to tell me my vehicle is ready when I looked at the link that I was sent to check the status of my vehicle and said that my vehicle was being serviced I called the service department to check and see if my vehicle is ready the young lady to answer the phone had an attitude I asked her do it with my if she could tell me if my vehicle is ready, she said no I can’t tell you if your vehicle is ready or not. She asked me who my advisor was. I told her that my advisor was Mary , she said will Mary is with a customer right now so once again I Astor, so you can’t look in the computer to tell me if my vehicle is ready or not no I can’t I said OK well can I speak with a supervisor she didn’t transfers, me to Mary’s voicemail I didn’t call Zac and got Mary on the phone and Mary stated to my vehicle was ready I get to the dealership to pick up my vehicle ID of the young lady, my name she calls Mary And Mary stated she wanted me to come to her office. I goes over to Mary’s office just to walk back over to the cashiers, which was extremely pointless and frustrating because as soon as I got to Mary’s office, she said hey, how are you doing? Come on let’s go over here to the cashier, in my opinion, this is the worst service I have ever received at Don Davis. I was planning on dropping two more vehicles off to be serviced but instead I’m going to take them somewhere else. More
