Worst service ever! I took in my vechile for engine issues, Don Davis kept my vechile for almost 30 days, called me to advise it was ready,i had to return it a few days l I took in my vechile for engine issues, Don Davis kept my vechile for almost 30 days, called me to advise it was ready,i had to return it a few days later for similar issues, they kept my car for almost 5 days the second time, I was notified my vechile was ready, but it was not! I had to bring it back a 3rd time and was forced to pay out of pocket, when I brought my dissatisfaction, my complaints were dismissed and I was made feel like I didn't matter. I still feel Don Davis should refund me 260.00 for an engine coil you should have covered since you didn't fix my car or do your due diligence to ensure everything was fine the first time. More

The relaxed atmosphere is what i really like , no pressure ! I highly recommend the N.Collins store. I have been back 3 times!! This is my 3rd car. took to long We paid for the computer to be read but for some reason NO report was given for the service engine ON light.. When I ask about it .. Could be Better A few things great and few things horrible! Service was done to my vehicle Great! They were able to “make me an appointment” within 2 hr of scheduling A few things great and few things horrible! Service was done to my vehicle Great! They were able to “make me an appointment” within 2 hr of scheduling! Soon as I got there they were able to take a look at my vehicle, unfortunately even tho I have “the best extended warranty plan” they were not able to confirm my warranty until issue was looked into. Problem with this was I requested a loaner vehicle “you guys didn’t have one” had me wait 2-3 hours to finally tell me they covered my issue and would take me to Enterprise to rent a vehicle” Set expectation it could take a Day or 2 to fix which was good! I was responsible for Enterprise insurance. (Bad shouldn’t have came out of pocket on anything but understand) Unfortunately I had to call each time to get an update, tech never once gave me a call to get updates on my vehicle. Last issue after having my vehicle for 2 days it would have been great to have a Courtesy Wash of my vehicle. Coming from BMW models! I plan on going back to Bmw simply for the people that work there and quality of service! They make you feel great and notify you every step of the way. Don Davis Can learn a. Few things from BMW across the street! Make good vehicles but lack with customer service quality. Makes brand retention/loyalty a problem IMO More
