Probably wrong timing but it took nearly 3 hours for an oil change and state inspection WITH AN APPOINTMENT! Don Davis has always provided excellent service for my four Ford cars and trucks. 'However, my last few visits have failed to impress me or even live up to minimum standards I would expect. previously four Ford cars and trucks. 'However, my last few visits have failed to impress me or even live up to minimum standards I would expect. previously service items were not completed--did not top off DEF as requested, tire pressures not checked when tires were rotated, and so on. This trip i received no communication on status. When i called, three times, it was over an hour before i received a call back. The DEF was top off and spilled down the side of my truck and not cleaned up. Three stars was generous, it's Christmas. I will give it one more attempt if it is still not up to par i will find another service provider. More
I called in back in November to setup appt overall check due unit sometimes runs rough. Got there told had to reschedule due to the appt was schedule for vehicle inspection to completed. I setup for 2 weeks due unit sometimes runs rough. Got there told had to reschedule due to the appt was schedule for vehicle inspection to completed. I setup for 2 weeks later. Came back and one of guys rode with me a few blocks and I told him what I had been experiencing. I was then told to bring my vehicle back the following week and then they would look at it. I do not have time to continuously take off work to come to your service dept to only be told to lets reschedule you. Whats the point of rescheduling. Just say you don't want to look at it. More
