I have been a customer on and off since 2004. I have seen your service department going down hill the last two to three years. When Lincoln depart, I said I will stay with Don Davis, no longer will I give yo your service department going down hill the last two to three years. Went on 10.27.20 oil change took 1.5 hrs , went to pay & asked lady, what needs maintenance in future, oh u need transmission flushed? Why didn't anyone come to tell me? I would of gotten done then?
