Faster Service There needs to more emphasis on faster service and/or being more attentive to the needs of the customer's time. Friendly, accommodating service I brought my new 2019 Ranger to get a couple of accessories installed and to have a recall and warranty issues addressed. The service center promptly handled my case and provided me with a loaner for the night, since my service would require considerable time. Everyone was friendly and helpful in explaining most of my service and answering my questions. Communication was overall good, but could have been a little better: one of the accessories I ordered for the truck wasn’t available yet (it’s a new model this year) and I wasn’t made aware of it until I picked the truck up. A quick call to advise me of this prior to picking up the truck would have adjusted my expectations for pickup. Nevertheless, the manager explained the situation to me when I arrived to get the truck and assured me that I would be advised when the part was available. Overall I was pleased with my experience. I will return and would recommend Don Davis Ford Service based upon this experience. The workmanship was good and everyone was friendly and helpful. More

Great service; long wait. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I came in for scheduled maintenance which was taken care of satisfactorily although it did take several hours. Just discovered a headlight is out literally a couple of days after the scheduled maintenance. Wish they could have fixed it while i was there; now I have to take more time out of my schedule to get that replaced. More
Poor customer service I never got our service associates name nor card so I can't refer to him by name. After about an hour I saw him in the driveway and again ask him how long it would take and he said he'd call the repairman and see where he was in the process. Again nothing. After 2 hours he said he was sending our car to be washed and we'd have it shortly. After 45 min. I ask another service associate (Steve) who was very helpful that I was trying to find out where our car was. He immediately said he'd walk over to the wash area and see what was going on. He came back and said they were vacuuming it and we'd have it shortly. 15 minutes later our original service associate brought the key fob and checked us out. The car looks great. I don't know if because we had a service policy and weren't going to pay any money was why we were not given the treatment we were used to or what. Other associates that walked thru the waiting room were friendly, and helpful, asking if we needed coffee, water, etc. More

I could never actually speak with the service rep on my appointment, and I had to call to make sure my vehicle was ready, whe The service was just ok.
