Cheapest service prices To be honest I looked around to find a dealer closer to my home as I have moved in the last 6 mos but this dealer has them all beat. The fact that they include the tire rotation with my oil change makes all and they are cheaper then any other dealership. The staff is always super nice. I usually deal with Jason Kubica. Super nice guy. Wish the wait time was a little less when u have an appointment but guess you can have it all. I will continue to service my car here More
Upset 😡 I made an appointment for 3pm I was unable to make that appointment due to my work relief calling out. I got to the service center around 4 pm checked in the car and an hour and a half later someone came out and told me that all his guys left that I would need to come another day. Not very happy with Don Davis Service Dept. Took car in twice for rattles. Both times was worse when car was returned. For another issue was told there is no fix. Both times car was there for 4 1/2 days.....did not receive calls for updates on progress. Called service department and left messages for Mr. Kittinger and Mr. Ford.....received no response. Had to actually drive back to service department at dealership to find out an update! That is NOT good customer service to not even get a call back. Have been told by others they did not have good experience with Don Davis Service. More

The work wad completed as he approximated. I visited before and decided to never return. I came still because it's in the area where I needed to be, but I dreaded coming. I'm glad I did because I got Mr. Kittinger not Steven Lynn. Good luck with keeping Mr. Kittinger. Please update your survey listing.
