Friendly atmosphere great service. I took my Chevrolet Astro van in for repair as the doors were failing to operate. I received a warm welcome on my arrival from the service manager an I took my Chevrolet Astro van in for repair as the doors were failing to operate. I received a warm welcome on my arrival from the service manager and a friendly ride back into work by Jerry Johnson. Mike Goodman, is an excellent mechanic and did the work on my van, was very helpful by keeping me updated on the repair. I now have the van back and all the doors work flawlessly. As with any repair service the price was not cheap; however, the great service I received helped ease the pain. I would definitely take my vehicle back again. David Orr More

to busy I stopped by twice in a three week time span and asked service department to get the code for my door keypad. The first time I was told all of their c I stopped by twice in a three week time span and asked service department to get the code for my door keypad. The first time I was told all of their computers were being used at the time and I would have to come back later. I didn't mind that. The second time I came in I was told that they could do it but it would take about 15 minutes and they had to much paperwork to close out due to it being Friday afternoon and asked me if I would come back on Monday. I'm sorry I asked for 15 minutes time. I just really wanted to know my code in case I locked my keys in my truck didn't realize that was to much to ask. Guess iWill have to drive to Chattanooga maybe they will have time for me. More
