"I would say good but not Great "

The sales person Robin did a great job in us getting this used car. had a few questions about the car that she could not answer. I get it that this was not the make of the car they sell but it was on their lot to sell and they could not even answer the easy question if it had remote start all I had to do was look at the keys and said oh it does have remote start.???? started to come up do they know any thing about this car and then when I had made the time out with sales person she was not even their I had to talk with a totally different person this was in a 2days advance notice. more ???? when we bought and signed all paper work and drove off the lot the gas light came on how unprofessional is that you spend $30,000.00 and they can't even fill the tank for $56.00 maybe its petty but says a lot about how things go at this dealership.

"Oil change and tire rotation"

I've always had good service, but this time when I got home I had oil leak on garage floor from spillage in the plastic cowling underneath. My tires were rotated front to back but no one changed that air pressure in the tires. My front tires are suppose to have 35 and the rear 33 according to the manual. But I check when I got home and they were 35 in back and 33 in front. My inspection sheet said it had 35 front and 33 rear. I will go back, never had a problem before. Like the place.

"Great Experience at Cliff Wall"

Hello, just wanted to send a quick note of praise about Cliff Wall Subaru, and our Salesperson Robin Rose. We just purchased our 2nd subaru a 2019 Ascent Touring through Robin, and I have to say it was our best experience yet. First time I purchased a car with no funny business and pricing was exactly correct in the F&I office. That was an amazing stress free quick purchase. Then Robin spent around 2 hours with my family showing my wife and the rest of us all the features of our loaded Subaru. We had a great experience and recommend Cliff Wall Subaru.

Checked the car all over. Free oil change under warranty. Answered my questions about the mystery "fan" sound near the gas tank when the car engine is off. Replaced both the front and back windshield wipers under warranty. Pleasantly rescheduled our appointments several times due to our request!

Oil change was completed efficiently. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that even though I called two weeks in advance I could not schedule the service on the day that worked best in my schedule.
