"Routine Service Visit"

I had an appointment to have the first 6 month service done on our 2018 Forester. I was seen almost immediately upon arrival, asked if we wanted the car washed (we did),signed the service order, and was pointed to the waiting area. This service was cost free as it was covered under the 2 year maintenance free package we were given when we bought the car in Feb '18. While I was in the comfortable waiting area (nice chairs!), I was approached by an employee who wanted to offer me some kind of service discount, but it would not have been beneficial to me since we were already on the 2 year maintenance free package. Service was completed expeditiously and I was out of the dealership with a washed car and maintenance report of services conducted within an hour. I was happy with the overall experience.

"AWESOME service and in the knick of time"

We had to go out of state and we needed to get the car in for its 30k service and John was able to fit us in before noon on the day we had to leave. I highly recommend working with John...this is NOT to say the other service people will not work with you m they will...just that we have worked with John for so ling that we have a good repore with him.

Hadn't been in the waiting area since its upgrade. I was amazed! It was always comfortable, but now it's more open and spacious. The service itself, as always, was superb. (And thanks to Mike Destiche, who emailed me to let me know that I was overdue for the oil change.)

"Quick replacement of a door gaurd."

The main thing is that everything worked as planned. The necessary parts were there. The time estimate of 30 minutes to an hour was accurate. The work was completed in 45 minutes. The replacement looks good. The people in the dealership were friendly while we waited. Overall, a good experience.
