I've had an older vehicle that keeps having things go out. The service department has gone above and beyond several times to make sure my vehicle was fixed properly. They've been open and honest, and consistently get work done when they say it'll be done.

New to the area and went to this dealer for service because the coupon price was competitive. I am normally somewhat reluctant to use dealerships for auto maintenance due to price differences. But I was pleasantly surprised with the pricing, friendliness, and honest appraisal of my 1999 Corolla (with 250,000 miles on it).
