Even though there are two Acura dealers closer to my home, I continue to get my car serviced here because I appreciate the staff. I called a few days before coming in to understand what COVID rules were in place to check out a new RDX. The woman I spoke with set up an appointment time with me, but seemed to be busy when I showed up COVID rules were in place to check out a new RDX. The woman I spoke with set up an appointment time with me, but seemed to be busy when I showed up on time and said that Keith would take good care of me. Well Keith couldn’t be bothered with a potential new customer....just handed me keys to test drive (which was the highlight of the visit), but didn’t want to spend any time answering questions or talking about the price. In the end, he finally threw a “ballpark estimate” out, which was clearly b.s., and when I said I wouldn’t sign today at that price, he turned back to his computer and started working away. I offered to leave my contact information to keep in touch if their offers or inventory changes, which he declined. This was by far the oddest and most off-putting car buying experience I’ve had in 20+ years driving. The level of condescension and disinterest from Keith and the sales team will ensure I never return to this dealership. More
