My vehicle was dropped off after hours on a Friday evening, I understood that no one would work on it until Monday. Very fair, did not even expect any different. I call Saturday to make sure the vehicle and keys were there and everything was set, left a message on the voicemail and received a call back and a reasonable time. I was told car and keys were safe and the car would be checked out Monday. Not until Monday afternoon (2pm) that I called them to leave a voicemail and recieve a call back around 3pm. Apparently their address on gps has the same address listed for two different locations, so my car was in the wrong lot. I was told I would have to pay to get it moved to the correct lot. Whole day wasted. I should have known this on Saturday when I was told the care was received with keys. To speed up the review, I did not receive any initial calls to update me on what was going on, only after calling and leaving messages did I get an update. My rating for customer service is a little misleading. The people are not bad, never was anyone rude or disrespectful. I just work in an industry as an Accountant, and I know communication is my key to keeping all my customers happy. There is a severe lack of communication going on there. I even had to request a loaner car after 10 days of having my vehicle when the estimate was 5 days. Even then I was told I would get a call back with confirmation that the loaner car was approved, I still had to call them to even find that out, in which I had to leave another message and wait 30 mins for a call back. Overall my car has been serviced and is fixed. The services that were rendered, from my understanding are not everyday services that they deal with. So I understand the time estimate being off, but lack of communication is still unacceptable.
