My paperwork for my service was done in the parking lot, after being rushed out of the service writer’s area. The excuse given was the quick lube techs are really busy. Also my dash cam was unplugged and le after being rushed out of the service writer’s area. The excuse given was the quick lube techs are really busy. Also my dash cam was unplugged and left that way. Disabling a safety device seems like such a foreign idea to me personally. When asked about it the service department was unresponsive. It definitely makes one wonder if the service was completed properly. More
