Above and Beyond the Call of Duty I have to start by stating we were not the easiest customers to deal with. We knew going in our credit and financial situation were not in the best s I have to start by stating we were not the easiest customers to deal with. We knew going in our credit and financial situation were not in the best standings (horrible), but we also knew what we wanted & needed. All of which caused us to take about 8 hours total, within 2 separate days. However, that did not deter Vincent Reed, and his support team, from being "Extremely" patient, diligent, and thorough. All while we were also trying to deal with a young toddler. He took his time explaining our options; went through each car we qualified for; how it would all work out; and how we could benefit in the long run on certain makes/models. He was very knowledgeable, sincere, and pleasant. I can not say enough about his work ethic and upbeat demeanor. In the end, we actually drove off with a vehicle we never even considered, and it was much more than we hoped for. It's perfect for our family, and for our needs. Thank you again to Vincent and the "Coggin Deland Honda" family for what turned out to be a great experience, and an awesome car. (next time we promise to try and keep it down to no more than 4hrs ;) ) More

Long time service user buying new car I bought my last Honda in 2003 from DeLand Honda and have brought it back to be serviced for the past 12 years. Eventhough I live in Winter Park, it I bought my last Honda in 2003 from DeLand Honda and have brought it back to be serviced for the past 12 years. Eventhough I live in Winter Park, it is no effort to make the drive as I am always greeted like a long lost friend. Everyone at the dealer ship is professional, courteous, and friendly, no pressure at all. Lee Crestman is a great service manager and I have been dealing with him for years. Don Ramme has been especially helpful. Once I bought my new 2015 Honda, Alberto (Tito) Maymo was especially diligent in showing me all the fun extras in the car. This was no walk in the park, as I am Technologically inept! The whole buying process was seemless start to finish. More

Very informative My car felt like it was idling to high, so I took it in to the dealership and was greeted by a wonderful lady, sorry bout good with names. My visit wa My car felt like it was idling to high, so I took it in to the dealership and was greeted by a wonderful lady, sorry bout good with names. My visit was on Sat 2/28/15 at 2pm. She took my car for a ride a told me it sounds great but that it needed oil change and tire rotation. She explained to me how often I should get one and all the maintenance that my car needs throughout the year. She put things nice and simple and made it easier for me to understand. She was GREAT. They serviced my car quickly and even washed my car for me. My sales guy even say me and came up to say hello and see how everything was going. I really do like this Honda dealership in Deland.
