I would like to express my gratitude toward the amazing staff who assisted me during all the process of the purchase. Starting by Chris Perez, Ricardo Forero, and by Mr Ozzie Torres who were very patient with me until the deal is settled. 3 weeks after I bought a car, I have decided to cancel the extended warranty. So I went the dealership which is located by the way around 50 miles from home. After waiting for an hour, this gentleman, named Jason came to me with a strange attitude treating me like one of his employees. He was so rude, arrogant, and asked me to follow him to his office. I felt that I have done something illegal, and i will be arrested. Upon seating on the desk, he just handed me a paper and asked me to sign it, and informed me that I am all set. He did not even look to me, and when I asked him if there anything that i need to do, he replied with his arrogant style, "No". Guess what, 8 weeks after that, and because i did not notice any change on the amount loan, I contacted the Warranty Company, and suddenly i have been told that the warranty was never canceled. I tried to call this Jason every day, and I have left many messages and he never contacted me and moreover, I had to speak with his manager " Mr Sanjay" who resolved the problem. I am not quite sure how and why this person is still working in this place, but he is so incompetent and irresponsible. I would recommend this dealership to everyone who is looking to buy good quality car but I am warning you in advance regarding this gentleman. Be aware and double check everything done by him. More

I had researched several different makes of cars and numerous dealers when I first spoke with Travis Albarran over the phone. We discussed what car I was looking for what car I had to trade along with a price I could live with. When I eventually went to the dealership salesperson Steven Salgado assisted me in taking a test drive and explaining all the features of the car. Later on both he and floor manager Joe Alvarado sat down and basically laid out all the pricing. Even though there was bargaining involved I never felt pressured to purchase. While I did not buy that day, two weeks later I called Steven set up an appointment to see him. I was able secure the price I was willing to pay, get what I wanted for my trade-in, and even though I had a draft from my Credit Union, I wound up financing the car there after meeting with finance employee Ozzie Torres. Even though I went looking for a new 2014 Honda Accord, with the help of Joe Alvarado I purchased a 2105 model and I couldn't be happier with the car and the experience. Lots of dealers will tell you they'll get you the lowest price but mostly it's just a bunch of empty promises. Coggin Deland Honda, with the help of their friendly and engaging staff made this one of my best car buying experiences ever. Thanks again More

Salesman and manager were excellent. Finance dept lies. I would recommend this dealership if you go there with your own financing and do not sign any of yhe paperwork there. Andrew was great in sales and there was very minimal pressure. I had financing through my credit union at a better interest rate preapproved, and Jason was to contact them on Monday but he pushed my finance through Capital One, whom I told him out right i did mit want. I call both Jason and the finance manager on Monday and only managed to get their voice mails. No call back from either with even an I'm sorry. If this dealership wants a higher rating it looks like they need to replace their finance dept with honest people that do what they say they are going to, not just whatever they want to make you sign. A real shame as I have 3 friends planning to buy cars after the first of the year and I had recommended this dealership until this. I have also read reviews for thid dealership where people have had the same problem with Jason. More

Excellent Customer Service I just want to mention all the people that were involved in the purchase of our vehicle being, Travis, Steven, Gus and Jason were all excellent. They provided great customer service, were friendly and professional. The location closed at 8:00pm and continued to stay open until past 10:00pm to assist. Dealer doubled finance rate after taking delivery of car I 'bought' a 2014 Civic on October 26th. Awesome car, and Steve Salgado was actually an excellent sales guy, knew the car well and was great to work w I 'bought' a 2014 Civic on October 26th. Awesome car, and Steve Salgado was actually an excellent sales guy, knew the car well and was great to work with. Unfortunately that's where the good news ends. I had previously (in August) been pre-approved with a 2.9% APR on a 60-month loan on my own, but while at the dealer I found out something changed on my credit report, my rates went up, and I needed to sort that out before making a purchase. This is when Steve brought in Jason, a guy in the 'Business Manager' office who we were told was in Finance - I still have no clue what he really is, he's not even listed with the staff on their website. Jason assured me that he had the ability to get me a loan at 2.9%, so we signed paperwork reflecting this, put down a significant down payment, and traded in our '98 Civic. All was well. Today - the 29th - rolls around, and Jason calls me up. Suddenly the dealership is unable to get me any better rate than 6.28%. I immediately drove the new car back to the dealer and told Jason that I wanted the 2.9% he offered right then and there or a full refund of my down payment and my old car back. I asked what happened, when I signed the paperwork he assured me that he could push the rate through and get me the loan I wanted no matter what pushback he got from the banks, but today he was at the mercy of the banks and couldn't do anything else for me. Instantly he was curt, refused to make eye contact, said he would get started on un-selling the car, then disappeared. I was met by a barrage of other sales guys and managers all trying to "make it right" asking all kinds of questions about whether I liked the car or not and trying to explain it wasn't them, it was the banks - I told them this was irrelevant, I signed paperwork reflecting a loan at 2.9% and was not willing to pay another 2k for the loan with them just because their finance guy felt like blowing smoke on the 26th. I would not have signed anything with any higher rate, the only thing that sealed this deal that day was Jason's supposed ability to get me this rate. After getting the run-around and snubbing the sales army for an hour, someone realized Jason had done nothing with the paperwork needed to get my refund. Finally got a few more people involved and got my refund, but then had to wait even longer for them to find my registration, assure me all contracts were void, and inspect the new car for damage. After the refund had been processed but while I was waiting on the other paperwork, Sanjay the Sales Manager made an admittedly generous / better offer on our trade which would have come close to negating the difference in APR, but by that point the experience with Jason's lies and the fight to reverse the deal had left such a terrible taste in my mouth I wasn't interested at all. They could have taken a few grand more off the cost of what I originally wanted and I would still rather take my money to any other dealer for any other car. If this is how this place tries to make sales, I can't recommend them to anyone. You may be fine if you arrange your own financing and know exactly what you're looking at, but these guys seem even less trustworthy than your average car salesmen. More
