"Repair to my CUE"

I just wish to start off by saying the customer interaction is beyond an excellent rating. From the moment I arrived till I left, the staff was a pleasure to encounter. From Ray in service to the sweet cash out receptionist my experience was a 10+. Lets be honest, no one likes to take their car in for any unexpected service, but I felt very comfortable all because of the way I was treated. The waiting room is clean, bright and pleasant. The staff be it an employee walking thru the room or to the first service person that greets, there is a level of professionalism in everyone. A warm smile, nod or a "good morning" goes a long way in todays world. I am toying with the idea of upgrading to a new car maybe sometime in the spring, and because of the service I received even from the day I purchased my car, I will return to Colonial.

I leased three new Cadillac's and bought my CTS V from Olsen. Never was really happy with them. A new leased 2012, 2013, 2015 and my 2011 v in 2015 I bought. But since Colonial took over a complete turnaround has transpired. The service manager will not let you leave , until he makes sure you are 100% happy with your vehicle. His name is Gary Carman Right now Colonial Cadillac is (SECOND TO NONE) as far as service goes. Next all the service writers are very knowledgeable They get you in and done with no problems. .Now at Colonial Cadillac at the top of my list is a guy I met once his name is Brett, I believe he is the General Manager he will make sure you are happy when you leave. You won't get a chance to meet him because he has turned that dealership around, and any problems are taken care of before they reach him. Hats off to Colonial Cadillac, your people are outstanding, and my entire family are returning to Colonial Cadillac and we are telling everyone . Thanks Barbara & Vinny Bozzi P.S. Peter in service and Denise are outstanding people to deal with.

"Very Pleased Old School Customer Service Excellance"

After my resent sales experience I was questioning my visit to the Colonial Cadilac service department for my inspection sticker and a problem with a key remote. On a very busy Friday after work I was pleasantly greated by the service writer and professionally asked what I needed. The car was quickly inspected, the remote was re-programmed and the car returned to me. I was treated like a valued customer even though my used car purchase was not a cadillac. I will return for service as I feel the service department has concern and care for their customers. Thank you Colonial Cadillac Service Department.

I have been working with Colonial Cadillac previously Olsen Cadillac for many years and have had nothing but great services in ALL divisions Receptionist, Sales, SERVICE "Joanne & Matt are UNBELIEVABLE", even the Billing desk deserves recognition as they have always been kind, caring, and pleasant. I recently traded in my SRX and purchased another one the entire process was Fair and efficient. I would never do business with another dealership as they would not be able to measure up against the Team at Colonial Cadillac.

"Best parts Dept hands down!!"

I've been coming to this dealership for many years. Ive always been treated with respect and the service is excellent. The parts Dept is very knowledgeable and has always supplied me with the correct parts for my vehicle. Whether it's Dave, Steve, or Jay I know I'm getting the best service and price. I won't even consider aftermarket parts for my car because nothing beats original equipment.
